No, they are actual sheets of metal, thinner than tissue paper. 

 No. It is aluminum (the silver colour) that the manufacture has oxidized in a special process to get the other colours. 

No, the excess water and heat will ruin the finish.  Hand wash your glasses for a long-lasting product!

 Slight variations in leaf colour may occur as each 5x5 sheet of metal is oxidized by the manufacture and the process means every piece is unique. 

Yes, absolutely!  We once did 350 glasses for an event at a winery. I'm up to most challenges :)

1. Design

2. Paint on etching cream in the desired design and dry. 

3. Paint on glue with the desired design and dry. 

4. Apply metal sheets. 

5. Brush on epoxy topcoat and dry. 

6. Sand. 

7. Apply vinyl lettering or number to personalize your made to order request. 

8. Apply second and final layer of epoxy. 

~Allow for two days before preparing to ship. 

Production takes anywhere from 1-3 days. Shipping (on average) takes 5-10 business days.
